Fantastic article Jimi, agree with you on these points. I do think winning can have an affect on teams but should absolutely not be the end all be all of a DSFL GMs focus. I still think it's important to do what you can with your team to put them in a position to win, but again should not be the primary focus. We're here to help develop players, winning can help but what's important is the LR, culture and teachings you pass on to new players in the league. Thank you for this write up!
