Wasrabi Gleel was taken in the third round of the s25 ISFL draft--a draft class that I believe will stand out as one of the more active and prominent classes in ISFL history. Specifically, I was surprised because I went in the 5th round in the DSFL draft first, and though I had hopes for going hugher than that in the ISFL, I couldn't be sure due to the overwhelming amount of talent among my peers. I've always said that it is better to be a steal than a reach, and I think so far I've lived up to that philosophy!
I remember thinking initially that I was going to be drafted by HON because they had a need for LBs at the time and I had a pretty decent scouting experience with them. However, when I was picked by Chicago in the third round--with two other Grey Ducks in James Gath and Damian Blackfyre, I was more than thrilled to have some familiar teammates. And now that CC is GM of Chicago, there is another familiar GM for ke there as well.
I'm looking forward to experiencing the draft again when I recreate, but for now, I think I ended up in the best of all possible situations.
