Thanks all for the comments and feedback. Enjoy looking at processes and how they're mapped, but it is clear you've put a lot of thought in this - the Rookie Guide was well written and had all the links, it just involved a lot of work. And for sure, I'm guessing comfort comes with time - but an ideal user experience is friendly to new faces too (and pretty key to growing userbases).
