Late PT TPE Removal

Jeez, this many people? How far back does this go?

I tracked it all the way back to S16 - which was the oldest a player can be and still be active atm. 

If a task was done late on a previous player they were removed from the list. So basically this is every player who is currently active with illegal TPE going back to S16.
