Anything happen to the graders that issued the tpe or nah?

it's probably a simple oversight but should still be fined IMO

I don't think it was nefarious or anything but it feels like a fairly big "oversight" to not adhere to the PT rules as a grader.  Seems like some players were doing this more than once so I could see how someone would think they were okay to continue to submit as long as a thread was opened, etc.  Feels odd for this to squarely land on the players but that's just me.

can't really expect a grader to close the thread at the instant it needs to be either. wouldn't imagine it's too hard to scrape out the ones who submit after - not sure about if someone edited after.

I definitely don't expect them to close the threads right when it is over, I'm doing a terrible job explaining my thinking I guess.  I'm not looking for the graders to get crucified this announcement just felt weird as hell to me and I was curious what was going on.  If it were up to me people would keep their tpe, pt graders get a small fine, and the announcement would be hey we realized this was happening for a long time and we are putting a stop to it moving forward.
