Do the totals take regression into account?

Unsure what you mean. I cut all TPE that was illegally earned by players who do not currently exist.

Some players have regressed since the illegal TPE was awarded. For example, Saba has 5 illegal TPE, but he hasn't claimed any TPE this season. He's also regressed multiple times. So assuming best case, the award of the 5 illegal TPE was last season and he regressed 50%, then he's technically only illegal by 2.5 TPE. If the illegal TPE goes back multiple seasons, then it would be even less. This illegal TPE should not be regression proof.
