Bank rules in a media backlog

@124715 just announced two new hires. I want to hear what he has to say first. On SHL graders would do 4 pages or so each per week when it was their turn to grade. That shouldn't be unattainable here.

If I weren't a GM, I'd be probably 4 pages per day if there was a need.
