OK, so as a former PPT Head for quite awhile, I am pretty shocked by this punishment. I do no have any of the data that was collected, but I was PPT Head in S16 which is where the audit went back to. I am fairly certain I gave tpe to people who were slightly late. I gave partial credit to some people who were under the required word counts. Sometimes I gave warnings, and I was harsher on repeat offenders. But as a Department head, The leagues number one goal is player experience to maintain retention. Being lenient is more likely to help that than being harsh. I wouldn't say I helped anyone because they were a teammate or a friend, but I was pretty consistent. Warning, deduction, and then no credit. I feel like I would also bring this up with the team and we would discuss it together. I kinda think the entire audit is bogus because you can't look at S16 and know what the league was like or the reasons for the decisions that were made. What if a user had sent me a DM saying they would be late, and I gave credit, an audit wouldn't show that. I just think this decision and the oversight that came with it is a bit messed up. Be that as it may, I feel if she is punished then I should be punished. Probably more so since I set a precedent that she followed. So, I don't really have a job to be fired from, but fine me...
