Yes, the TPE was earned incorrectly, though the 2 hour technicality is a little weak in my opinion, the fact that someone went back a month afterwards and audited Luke Luechly's update thread is super petty, and if the rumors are true that it was Cushing who did it after being mad about underperforming it makes it even more so.
I don't want to get too involved but if I remember correctly @AsylumParty was allowed to claim an activity check after the deadline because the thread hadn't been locked right when him and I had just signed up?
