I think the most defining moment for me would be when Bex was voted in favor of staying as the commish after she was found guilty of committing the infraction of deleting messages during an investigation into tampering or other poorly made jokes. HO expects the users to maintain a level of professionalism but it's own commissioner essentially gets a slap on the wrist and her friends welcome her back with open arms. It clearly set the league up to be run by a clique, and if you're on the outside looking in, you're not going to get a lot of favourable calls or treatment when you're in violation of league rules.
It's clear that had Bex been removed as she should be held the highest standard as league commish and taken accountability of what she did then at least the users would feel that no one is above the law and if you break rules that are established, there will be consequences. There is a reason why there's always a mentality of us vs them now because it's been established that as long as you have friends in HO, you can pretty much get away with anything with just a minor consequence.
