The following errors have been found:

As seen in This Post, Tier 1 equipment was brought. In the next update found here you brought tier 3 equipment and claimed the full 15 TPE. How equipment works when upgrading tiers, is that you pay the difference in cost and receive the difference in TPE. The difference in tier 3 to tier 1 equipment is 10 TPE, so as a result you lose 5 TPE. With 1 TPE in the bank, 4 TPE must be taken off your build at the start of your next update.

Note: The bank will have refunded you $2 Million for the extra cost involved as well.
