Nice.  I'll clear something up though, I never want my own team, though I did at the time.  After having gone through the process of building Liberty from scratch with Adam, I think I'm happy as Co-GM for life.  It is WAY too much work to rock the draft the way we did, and I never want to have to form a full team like that again.  So glad we did, but man it was a lot of work.
