(S28) PT 3 - What If?

In the Season Twenty-Six draft I felt strongly I would be taken in the first half of the first round. I was worried how some might view my bank but I thought for sure since I was a General Manager in another sim league and that I was open to changing positions I would be taken near the top. One of the teams I felt strongly I would go to was Yellowknife. They had a pick near the top, but they ended up taking a wide receiver. Then the next five picks or so went by and I couldn't believe I had't been picked yet. Then I saw that there was a trade and immediately knew that it had to be for me. Yellowknife had traded back into the first round to take me. So who was taken before my Yellowknife? The recent multi that has been banned from the league Arthur Naught. So I think to myself what would we have done if they would have taken or hit on that first pick. There was plenty of talent. They could have taken another defensive player or even taken one of the two running backs that were at the top of our class. So looking back on that draft it seems like a good idea Yellowknife traded up to get me because Naught was a bust but hasn't hurt Yellowknife too bad.
