Blago Kokot is a man of mystery. All he knows is kicking the ball. Fine details around this beautiful game do not interest him as much, so in that sense, Kokot would be a better fit in some kind of assistant coach or specialist role. Having said that, Kokot is still a solid option to coach the team since Kokot is strong mentally. The road to where Kokot is now was full of obstacles that many thought would prevent Kokot from ever playing in ISFL, but still, he made it. That fact alone is enough to bring certain weight to whatever Kokot is saying.
Inspiring the players will be easy. Kokot looks like the Hitman. Even if some refuse to take his words to their hearts at first, simply looking at Kokot for a while will bring feelings of fear into the minds of even the toughest of players.
The players will be so afraid to let Kokot down that they will do their best on the field. That is all Kokot can ask. He knows that if everybody will do their best and gives 100% in the effort, it's only a matter of time before everything clicks.
Kokot would consider taking the job only after his playing career is over.
