Likewise, lacking any form of shared language, makes this so-called proposal nearly impossible to happen as even if they could operate a telephone they have no means by which to communicate over the device. Assuming that the school of fish somehow miraculously managed to get a message they cannot speak, through a device they cannot use, I doubt very much Frostsuxlmap would take them up on any offer of employment or partial employment, considering schools of fish have nothing to offer of monetary value to him.
