(S28) PT 5 - Helping Out

[Swanty]

Swantavius Jones is a generous man. First and foremost he wants everyone to know that. But he's also a man of principle. That's why when he decided to work with Berlin Fire Salamanders team officials to find a charitable venture to embark on, he insisted on keeping firm on his one personal rule: anything Swanty puts his name to must be a pun on his last name.

So they brainstormed. Swantavius Loans? Where he personally guarantees a number of zero interest loans to people who need it most? Management didn't like that. Why not Swantavius Grants? Swanty was annoyed at that suggestion and offered a few more alternatives: Swantavius Stones, a riverbed cleanup charity? Swantavius Cones, an ice cream truck that gives out free snacks?

Management were starting to get tired of this shtick, and made it clear to Swanty that charity might be the one area where his silly insistence on puns might result in a bad look on him.

So Swanty reluctantly accepted and offered to support whatever noble charity the Berlin management wanted him to. As a result, you'll be able to see Swantavius in action next weekend, volunteering at the Berlin beer fest, collecting and washing up empty steins in order to help keep the beer flowing.
