My bold prediction is Darnell Turner will lead all cornerbacks in in both interceptions and passes defensed this year. Turner, a cornerback for the Baltimore Hawks, was drafted 9th overall in the season 2 draft this year. He's already shown that he is a top cornerback in the league. He has two interceptions in five games, which only three players can beat. He also has seven passes defensed already, which puts him at third in the league. Turner is no slouch in run defense either; he has 17 tackles and averages over three tackles a game. To top this off, Turner is one of the fastest growing cornerbacks in the league. He is one of seven corners with over 200 TPE, only two of which are season two players. He only uses the best shoulder pads and gloves available and plans to spend some extra time with the coaches this week. His cleats are also the best available, and he says that they have a definite impact in making him run faster and cut quicker. Turner's immense dedication paired with his natural ability will make him the leagues premier defensive back. Teams will regret passing on the star corner in this years past draft.
