Another easy thing could be that twitter should have mandatory league tags.
I don't even think we should change anything with payment, because probably it would be hard for @Bayley to implement a system where it automatically recognizes tweets that don't have the @ (and he has enough work as it is), but let's at least encourage people that if they are tweeting something about the league for the payouts, to use the league or team @, so that if people from outside the league see them, they can easily access more info.
