Arizona has a number of options for this, but as far as the greats go, the recently retired Saba Donut fits the bill extremely well. He retired with the 15th most yards all time and the 14th highest average yards per reception, but the standout stat for him is his 6th all time in receiving touchdowns. As a lifetime member of the Outlaws, he holds all of the Outlaws receiving records, and also went just outside the top 10 in his career for Kick Return yardage as well. He'll get a statue outside of the Outlaws stadium a few seasons before he heads into the Hall for real.
Donut unfortunately is far and away the best lifer the Outlaws have had recently. While Jay Cue was a lifelong Outlaw as well, he was particularly unclutch and would never win a playoff game, and in general never lived up to his potential. While Tatsu Nakamura is a surefire hall of famer, on track to get top 2 in rushing touchdowns and should be close to 10000 rushing yards at the end of the season, he spent much of his career on hated Orange County. While Quintuple J was in the top 10 for extra points made, field goals made, and punt average at the end of his career, not only was he already knocked out of the top 10 of one of those, he's a kicker, and almost nobody cares about kickers. Donut is the easy choice, which is a shame for a franchise with as storied a history as the Outlaws.
