I know you mentioned already having a release for the week, as long as you don’t go over an hour of solo time we are accepting multiple posts. You can still only be paid for a maximum of 1 hour or 4 million per week. As far as articulating your thoughts the best way I’ve found for me is to have at least a semi planned out show. I use bulletin points and fully written out thoughts sometimes just to ensure I get my point across properly.
