If anyone who was hired to design a statue that would go outside of the Burial Grounds has any issue with deciding who it will immortalize, they should be fired immediately. There is only one choice: Wraiths legend Cooter Bigsby. Cooter holds almost every team QB record, usually by a large margin. Cooter even holds several team rushing records. Cooter also has been to the Ultimus more than almost any other ISFL player, past or present. If you had to pick one singular person to represent the Wraiths franchise, the only real choice is Cooter Bigsby. Cooter is not only know by the successes and failures he had on the field in Yellowknife, but for his longevity and enigmatic personality. Now, this is not to diminish either the personal or professional accomplishments of current Yellowknife QB Colby Jack, but Cooter has far more historical relevance today. For even more evidence of Cooter’s importance to the team, one of the team awards that Yellowknife awards every season is called the Cooter Bigsby award, and no one else has ever won it! If that doesn’t show just how important the life and career of Cooter is to the franchise, I don’t know what will. Cooter is the one and only choice for this statue.
