I think the most deserving player that was on the Dallas Birddogs is Monterey "Monty" Jack - QB. Monty was the first active QB of the Dallas Birddogs. While his statistics may not be mind blowing, he led the newly founded Dallas Birddogs to a 5-9 record in S21. While that may not be great, you have to remember that this team was completely new, and most of the people were rookies. In S22 the Birddogs went 7-7, once again not a bad record, but this QB was leading this young team into battle every week. He was a great locker room member and an even better player. You would have to go look back at the games in real time to truly see the impact this man had on the Dallas Birddogs. While there are most statistically worthy players like greats Colt Mendoza, Guy Fields, and White Goodman. However, to be a young QB of a brand new team is a completely different degree of challenge, and Monty took the challenge extremely well. He is an absolute legend for the birddogs, and is cemented in the history books of the DSFL. The Dallas Birddogs have now won their first ultimini, and are becoming a great DSFL team. However, none of that would have been possible without the help of Monty Jack.
