When teams elect on somebody to build a statue for, it's for somebody who went above and beyond. And in a lot of ways, it is almost exclusively for a quarterback who did something massive or for a running back or receiver who had an iconic moment in a game.
In this situation, I don't know exactly of iconic moments. There may have been a sideline catch, or a tackle breaking un that really set somebody apart that I just don't know of. What I can find is the franchise leaderboards where it's pretty obvious there are two possible answers for this and it's two quarterbacks.

Why, you may ask, would they choose one of these two. Well Havran is far and away the best quarterback they had on talent. Playing from 2027-2030, he threw for nearly 8500 yards and 41 touchdowns. He had over 1000 yards and 10 touchdowns more than Metaxas, and in that time led the team to an Ultimini championship in 2028 as well as another conference championship in 2029.
However, you raise trophies for heroes. For winners. For icons. Andreas Metaxas may be slightly behind Havran for his statistical dominance, but when it mattered most, nobody tops Metaxas. Playing for Tijuana from 2023-2028, he led the team to their first Ultimini Championship, and then continued the trend with three in a row before Havran ever came aboard! That is a winner, the ultimate winner.
If they really wanted to get away with something sneak, Havran and Metaxas played alongside each other in two years and shared an Ultimini in Metaxas's last year in 2028. A celebratory statue for the two of them raising a trophy together would be a great commemoration to the two greatest players in team history.
