Selecting the legends that will be immortalized in the form of a statue is a hard and rigorous process. However, Austin has only been around for for 13 seasons so they do not have very many options for statues outside of their stadium. The first and very obvious pick would be former quarterback, Easton Cole. He has almost every single passing record in Austin Copperheads history, and has led the copperheads to 6 playoff appearances, 2 Ultimus appearances, and an Ultimus championship in season 20. Another reason is that his jersey number, 13, is retired by the organization, never to be worn again. Another player who I believe deserves to have a statue outside of the copperheads stadium is Rod Tidwell, the franchises best wide receiver before a certain Videl-San came around, (But that’s another story for another time.) Before then, Tidwell was the second ever draft selection by the Austin Copperheads, who was selected in the second round of the season 15 NSFL draft, Tidwell won wide receiver of the year in S21, leading all receivers in yards and yards per catch. He was also a member of the season 20 championship team, where he helped propel the copperheads past a strong wraiths defense. His number, 85, is also retired by the copperheads.
