Problem is this would completely change the layout of the league from Attributes to also finding a simulator who would be able to do all this. A change is very unlikely as we will probably be updating to the new DDSPF 18 a little bit after it comes out.
But for a simulator that is a console game like Madden or the ones you mentioned is most likely not happening at all.
For one that you can watch, sim leagues like this don't usually go into those but "Dots" are the ones that sim league use
