Ricky Stanzi the rookie quarterback for the Dallas Birddogs will likely have a statue built for him when he leaves the team as he is blowing expectations out of the water. In 10 games started he has made an impressive series of wins with the Birddogs going 7-3 since he has begun starting. Although his completion % is a tad low at 54.4%, his td to int rate is super strong at 18-6. He is also throwing 232.6 yards per game for over 2300 on the season so far. He had a solid college career with the Iowa Hawkeyes and has continued that success and drive into this season. Dallas with him at the helm over the next few seasons will likely continue to compete for a huge number of titles and wins if they keep up this pace. Stanzi has been gelling with his receivers and o-line well, and he has only been sacked 12 times in 10 games because of nice blocking. He also has thrown an impressive 85-yard touchdown pass which is one of the longest in the DSFL season. Finally, Stanzi is improving every week and although his QB rating is currently 94, the past few games it has been over a hundred and that trend could continue. Stanzi should because of all this have his body immortalized as a statue.
