I really think that the obvious candidate for the Arizona Outlaws to immortalise in a statue is their current star cornerback, Rich Triplet. Since joining the team from San Jose a couple of seasons ago, Rich has done a lot to completely transform the culture of the team and establish them as a real threat for everyone in the league. I think that they are real favorites this season and as candidates go for who is responsible for this, I think that Rich has arguably done a lot more for making the team what they are today than any GM, coach or scout could ever hope to do. My only concern with making a Rich Triplet statue is that it would not do a good enough job of commemorating his greatness. It would need to be at least 15 feet tall, and one of the best sculptors/statue artists in the world would have to be hired in order to ensure that it lives up to the incredible standards that are required. I would hope that this is an idea that has already been discussed at great lengths by the team, and I look forward to the day when Marcus Jones receives his invite to the statue unveiling.
