Might be showing a bit of my ignorance here but is there a statue of Professor Chaos yet? Surely there is, I mean, the mad lad has been GM since the creation of the San Jose Sabercats and showing no signs of stopping. Not to mention the cult---emm, I mean---we are definitely not a cult. Forget I said anything. Actually, I'm pretty sure I saw a statue somewhere underneath the stadium and certain figures (couldn't identify them from afar) gather to drink infant blood around it or something like that, and there's probably an associated ritual.

But even if this statue already exists (can't confirm), we still oughta have a public one. My proposal would be to build it right smack on top of the stadium. Like, have you ever seen those massive statues in India or whatever? Let's see, the tallest statue in the world is the Statue of Unity and it's apparently 182 meters tall (that's it?). We should be able to easily top this. Imagine a 1000 meter tall statue of Professor Chaos, visible from every corner of San Jose, and we simultaneously pass a law that mandates our own little version of the salat, where every day at a certain time, every person in San Jose must bow towards the statue in synchronized fashion. Anyone know how we can make this happen?
