I think that eventually the Minnesota Grey Ducks' Joe Bay deserves a new statue outside of the arena here in Minnesota. Joe Bay has three DSFL receiving records including 5th most receiving touchdowns in a season with 12, 5th most receiving yards at 1316 yards, and 2nd most receptions in a season with 98. No other Minnesota Grey Duck member or alumni currently comes close to those records in a season which makes Joe Bay all that much more deserving of a new statue in front of the area in Minnesota. I think what would seal the deal for Joe Bay is if the team wins a cup during his tenure in the DFSL. With a cup, he would be without a doubt, one of the most memorable players in the team history books.
However, with that been said, typically statues are for people that have made significant contributions to the team and has made a mark in the team history book. I believe that the general managers during the 2034 and 2035 season, Woelker15 and Revolution5 should most definitely be recognized in some way with a statue of their likes. They brought back to back cups to the Minnesota Grey Ducks team and cemented themselves as contenders for seasons to come. Without their contributions, there would be a different team environment today.
