Considering Pama's hotheaded nature and unwillingness to let a poor performance slip by without comment, whether it's his own or his teammates, it might be a surprise to some that he has actually been the guy to cool down the Arizona locker room after a poor performance leads to a loss. Generally, he goes to the whole team and gets whoever screwed up to talk about it first. As this has somewhat oftentimes been him, he has gotten somewhat practiced at delivering apology talks postgame to the locker room. Cortez, Triplet, and Nakamura are also common features of the apology talks. That being said, this has led to mixed results. It helped lead to a comeback victory week 1 over the Silverbacks, but Arizona has also had multiple losing streaks this season and the talks didn't seem to help with that.
Of course, these are for more massive things. If it's a more minor situation, Pama's probably just going to take people to the side and ask them about how they are feeling and why they are upset. You don't need to make a big deal out of a situation if the situation isn't that big of a deal in the first place.
