If an argument broke out in the Bondi Beach locker room, id probably take an approach something like this:

"We are 1-10, why are you arguing at all? Blame each other all you want, but literally no one is performing to their standards, so getting all in each others faces about it really isn't worth it."

After the dust settles, I'd probably actually do something useful and individually talk to each of the players involved, get their side of the story, and consider their circumstances before immediately trashing it because getting mad right now is pretty pointless. At this point, we might as well just enjoy the season for what it is, an excuse to get onto the field every week, play some football, and have a grand ole time. It's Florida after all, lets go crush some beers, take our shirts off, and play some drunken, low quality football. We're all here to have fun and our season is pretty much over, why not own it? I think a speech like that will really resonate with all of my teammates, as they're all fun loving people who probably want to get drunk on the job anyways. I just think arguing with each other is a distraction, and we need to be focusing on having fun this season, and improving for next season.
