7/12 EDIT FROM TheCC: Noticed this while checking out his build. Starboy tried updating his hands to 58 in this update, but that would have exceeded the DSFL cap by 2 TPE. It appears that it was left at 57 in the actual update, but this wasn't noted in Plat's update, or anywhere that I could find. So that part of this update will appear incorrect, but it appears that it's actually resolved.
