If there was a fight in the LR, might as well hop in right? Get that adrenaline flowing, build some character and put that strength to the test. Depends on what the fight originated over, of course. But yeah, might as well just let it flow for a bit, let people get those tensions out. Everyone's grown up, and if you play football, you're strong enough to handle it I suppose.
I guess there's also the time to get serious and look at different methods to let out frustrations in a more productive manner, than to wale on a fellow teammate. Perhaps meditation or yoga could help out, added to weekly routines to relieve some stress. Or maybe a fighting sport like boxing or martial arts would help release some frustrations. That's what I did for about 8 years - took some taekwondo classes and got to head there after school or practices to expend the rest of my energy and just unleash on practice dummies and targets. Fun stuff, highly recommend.
