Fights do not break out in Minnesota. This team is so well run and we never have fights on the team because we all have the same goal in mind, we want to bring the Ultimini to Minny. These goals supersede all squabbles and issues, and everyone knows it. If Kaz had to get involved, and this never happens so it wouldn’t be an issue, he would surely first go to both parties and figure out what the issue was that caused it, trying to get them to meet on common ground and focus on what our main objective is. We can’t win the Ultiminny if we are not in sync, so to bring the parties together and get over the beef would be paramount to the success of the team, as you’re only as strong as the weakest link. Reaching out to these members first is key, and then grouping up and having a meeting with the team as a whole would be the next plan of attack, so that we would be able to move forward and not worry about a dumb fight that could be saved for after the season. Fights do not happen in Minnesota, but if they did, Oles would be the first to make sure everyone is on the same page so that they can get the title. (224 words)
