The locker room is by far the most important part of any ISFL or DSFL team. If a rift were to form and divide the team, even if it was just between two players, I would immediately attempt to amend the situation. I would ask both sides to explain in detail what happened, and where the grievances lie. After listening, I would hopefully help the arguers understand why what they did might have been offensive or wrong. Philly is filled with wonderful people, so if any misunderstandings or arguments were to seriously start, this method I'm sure would be able to repair the teams morale and mend the division. If the problem still persisted, I would ask our GM's Pat and Cody to individually talk with those involved. As our respected GM's and father figures, I would absolutely trust them to be able to find the cause of the issues and fix the state of the locker room as they have already demonstrated they are capable of. If Pat or Cody were to reach out to any of us regarding our behavior, I know that we would immediately seek to change our ways and apologize to the rest of the team. Those of us in Philly really care for each other, and the underlying appreciation and love would easily overcome any intermediary between us.
