So a fight has broken out inside the Minnesota Grey Ducks locker room. A few guys were fighting about another player that was starting to be more focused on personal awards and accolades. This has been an ever growing problem as the team is starting to get closer and closer to a great playoff push. Approaching the problem could get ugly as the involved player tends to be uninterested unless things go his way. The situation came to a head when it appeared that the team’s strategies seemingly have changed to keep this player as happy as possible.
I would approach the situation in a leader type setting. Get the general managers together and the leader players and old ducks and hash out what the team is complaining about and see how the situation affects the Grey Duck postseason success. Some proof with statistics over changes in strategies could be beneficial for all to see. In the beginning of the season, as we felt out how our team looked on the field, we found success in our strategies and everyone was feeding. As the season progressed, something went awry and strategies have changed for some reason and results have become evident.
