The San Jose Sabercats do a great many things together. At the start of season 2, the management decided to try a new team building exercise by having many of the players do an "escape room". Things started off very cramped, putting like 20 beefy football players in to a cramped escape room was kind of madness. It took a little bit of time for us to start finding clues and getting things going just because we couldn't really investigate in such a close quarter. Luckily for us, we unlocked a painting that we could walk through to open up a bigger room. Once that happened, we could spread out and we started going much faster. It was kind of interesting how the offensive players and the defensive players almost split up, just because they were used to working with those people. We ended up escaping before the time limit, however the worker told us that we skipped a bunch of steps and did something wrong. Our team said that we escaped and that was the goal, how are we supposed to know if we do it right or wrong? Anyways after that experience, team members we usually do an escape room about once or twice a month just to try and stay mentally sharp.
