This has been on the universal ballot in the past, is there any reason why it's on the ISFL ballot this time around? If it were to be passed (pls no) would it take effect only in regards to ISFL-specific rules, not the general or DSFL ballots?
ETA: Same goes for ISFL rule 4.
ISFL Rule 4 would specifically impact the ISFL. How the DSFL would handle their situations is up to them. It could have crossed the lines and impacted both however it was posted solely for the ISFL and so I took it as that.
Rule 3 is one to be frank I didn't catch and if it passes within the ISFL area specifically I'll put out a supplemental ballot for the rest of the voters.
