Head Office can seriously fuck off. I've done media for like 159,032 years now, and no, i don't need them trying to micromanage my shit EVEN MORE. Like, go the fuck away guys, seriously. This is such a stupid idea. Maybe pay attention to catching multis and other things that matter. I'll keep running my team how I see fit. I don't need them telling me who i can and can't hire. Sheesh.

For contest, this was something people in management wanted from us, hence why we proposed it. This was not HO trying to take more power/control of all departments, but genuinely giving the people the choice based on their own feedback. 

IMO i dont care if it passed cause we just would pass 99% of hires, but I see it only proposed as a reflex to the recent shit with Excelsior and Faded
