Question: are there people who can search PMs and find out if there was contact? 

I agree there is reason for concern, but unless there was PRIVATE contact then there's no violation.  Maybe the tampering rule should be expanded to include public and/or to prevent GMs from responding to player-initiated contact?

Maybe the main tampering issue is simply that there are too many ways around the tampering rule?

There is no way to prove it and thats the problem. Just like the Otters thing. No way to prove what CLEARLY happened. Need to eliminate the rule.

Then elevate me to League Ref. Pay me $10 million a season to adjudicate. Pray I accept the job.
