I personally don't think there was any tampering.  All of this has been done publicaly.  According to the rules it would only be tampering if your friend tried to privately persuade you, after he was traded, to demand a trade.  I, personally, don't think that happened.

There was no tampering from the Wraiths side I can assure you. I was approached this morning about a trade for Hackett and we discussed it all day.

The RD trade demands happened after the trade was announced. I had no prior contact with RD. I can't even recall the last time I talked to him, except for when I updated him.
