Works for me I guess. It's just so strict lol. I wouldn't be allowed to joke when I guy scores huge that I want him in Yellowknife, when it would be obvious everyone wants that guy on their team

I mean it's case by case. If you were to say, "who wouldn't like one of the best WRs on their team?" It's pretty innocuous but saying "we will try to get cook" then it becomes a tamper clause because cook now has contract leverage to either resign high in San Jose or not sign in the belief that the wraiths will get him.
