(S30) PT 2 - Alternate History

Written option: Life is made up of choices. What choice did your player make that led them to the ISFL? What would their life be like if they never pursued a career in football? What would they be doing for a living?


Well, Mister Walker was lucky in that he was a multi sport player during his college days, and a really good multi sport player at that. The choice that was made was just that Walker enjoyed the way the sport of football is played a little more than soccer. He liked how physical the game is, and how it revolves around taking that physicality and using it to force your will on another player. While he will always have a spot for soccer, since he grew up playing it a highly competitive level, and ultimately gave up on a career playing in the big leagues for his football career. 

So, the easy answer is he would be a soccer star playing in his sixth or seventh professional season for whichever team in Europe decided they wanted to spend the big money and bring him in to help win some championships. The other option is something in the tech world where he could try to help the world, so most likely working with machine learning in the medical world hoping to help cure cancer or at least help the world understand it better so we can make progress on how to get rid of it. Hard to say for sure, so many options out there that are not related to football or sports. Luckily, he is able to play a sport he loves and give back through charities and time to the community to try and make it a better place.
