Tayshawn Crunk didn’t have many skills other than playing football when he was growing up, but he did have a level of drive and ambition that would probably have seen him OK no matter what he did.

On the field, he has developed a reputation as someone who talks a lot and has unshakeable confidence. He doesn’t care who he talks to and will try anything to get an advantage on his opponents. He also possesses a fair amount of charisma.

With this in mind, I think he would have made a good car salesman. No matter who rocks up at the dealership that day, Crunk would have the confidence to talk to them and the personality to talk them into buying a car that they didn’t really want when they walked in. He would make a decent living off commission.

These same skills would make real estate an option, though he doesn’t really like talking about interior design or knocking walls down for open plan living spaces.

Maybe if his life had gone differently and had less hope for the future, he would have done what all desperate people do - find religion. If so, Crunk would have made a hell of a preacher, but he also likes money so there’s a risk he could have been a televangelist
