Intelligence is all good. I had it correct in roster page and spreadsheet. I don't look at your attribute totals unless you indicate that they are changing either in the acttribute change section or in your build section with a >>> or some type of tpe spend indication.
As fo ryour total/banked tpe. You had incorrect math for your banked tpe and never looked at my post to see if it matched yours and kept using your own math. Go over your updates since the last audit and you will see where you added 10 extra to your banked tpe. And you earned 19 tpe this update not 17.
