As someone who never really looks at their own stats but instead judges success by what the team is doing and not how they're doing individually, this prompt is a bit sticky for me. Not just because I rarely look at how Adelie de Pengu is doing, but also because I have no expectations for him as a player and so it is hard to compare his season success to what I would want. Looking overall at the team though, the Colorado Yeti are first in the league in least yards allowed at the time of writing this. They're first in pass defense as well. They're 2nd in points allowed though and they come in at 4th in yards allowed on the ground. The rushing yards is pretty unacceptable when so much else is going right. So if I had any complaints about Adelie's game, its that I want him to make a bigger splash in run defense. He plays both middle linebacker and defensive end depending on formation for this team and as such his presence should be felt in the front seven and he should be one of those shutting these runs down before they even get their start. So far he hasn't really been successful with that and if he could step up, I think this defense closes out as one of the best of all time.
