(S30) PT 3 - Short-Term Goals

With the halfway point of the season having approached, there was one particular piece that was weighing heavily on Melvin's mind. His on the field efforts had been at the maximum, but there was definitely something off the field that was bothering him, that he wanted to approach. Having entered his fourth season as a general manager, he always felt that there was just one piece that didn't quite work for the team, and that was his co-gm, Sylvester. While there are so many players and pieces on the team that just melded together, Melvin felt that he could work to improve his GM partner. Now, there are obviously a lot of ways to do this, but as far as short term goals go, Melvin's first objective was going to be getting rid of his co-GM. Many might think that someone named MURDER-Moose would opt for a path of violence, but having been reformed, Melvin was definitely looking at finding another way to reach his goal. He decided to set forth a scandal involving Sylvester. Now, this is not a scandal which is appropriate for simulation football league audiences, but just be forewarned that it is most definitely an awful thing to have happened. Now that it seemed as though Sylvester was out of the way, the next step in planning for his future involved Melvin wanting to find the best possible GM. He looked at all of his teammates and players, as well as their agents. He even considered looking outside of the Colorado Network, but after having been around for quite awhile, Melvin knew there was only one choice to be made. With the plan in place, Melvin knew that he just had to follow the easy steps laid out in front of him, in order to make sure that he could make it through this short term goal.
