Success is obviously different in everyone's eyes. The meaning of winning, could mean all of these things, especially to me. Only being in the DSFL for 3/4 of a season after being picked up by waivers by the Sea wolves, I think it was meant to be that I stumbled past this website after the actual draft, since I may not have been selected by this team during the draft. The environment of this team and the way they communicate on a daily basis is amazing and so friendly, some of them never miss a beat to even say hello or good morning every day. Although winning would be fun, and winning some records would just add that cherry on top of the cake.
Watching these games live with the team a couple times a week, even if we get smashed 33-0, we all just laugh it off at the end of the day and pretend it did not even happen. Without a team like this, I don't know if I would have been able to get through the first part of the learning experience of the website and how everything works in the league. Sometimes, even alum are usually kicking around to talk and answer questions from people like me who have never even been this deep into a sim before and it's only my first season in the minors. I'm very appreciative to be picked up by these groups of people and hopefully if I am lucky enough, get drafted to the same ISFL team with some of these amazing characters.
