Success is hard to judge and is an opinion that changes from person to person. Normally, you'd say that championships are the true showing of success, but you can also achieve personal success through awards and making the hall of fame. With all that said, you can also find success through the relationships you build, the friends you make, or if you just pump out media and graphics and succeed in making insane money, or working every off-season job like @infinitempg. Personally, I've always been a team player in what I've done, whether in life or in the league, I'm always there to help out a friend in need, a teammate who needs someone to talk to, or a gm that needs a position filled out. Unfortunately, not everyone has the ability, or the luck to achieve what they believe as success, I don't believe I was successful as Von Hayes, not because he was bad, but because the team with him never achieved what my ultimate goal is in this league, the Ultimus. While I've been upset at coming up short on awards before, I've been more upset when my teammates have been snubbed, I don't care about individual success here anymore. This league is a team sport, and requires strong bonds in order to keep the team together, happy, and successful.
