Who have you met that has made your time here more fun, friendly, and exciting? Have you been satisfied with your player’s early start? What was it like being drafted for the first time? Do you have any comments or suggestions for the entire league that you think should be implemented?Honestly, I was really excited to hop into the ISFL since I was really eager to vibe with new friends and just experience that feeling of being a first gen rookie again. As I was expecting, I was really welcomed by everyone and just had a really pleasant experience so far in the league. On my first day, I received a link to the Offensive Linesman Discord, and it's a really nice place for all of the folks that play in that position. They really enjoy talking about pancakes which is super cool, but to be honest I like waffles a lot more, but that's totally fine because a lot of them tend to agree that waffles are better than pancakes!
I haven't paid any attention to how my boy Beeg Beeg Yoshi has been performing in the sims, but I have faith in him and I'm sure that he's been doing just fine!
There have been a lot of friendly users that have made my experience really nice, shoutout to @"simo_393" for recruiting me to the league by advertising it a bit in the Newfoundland Berserkers Locker Room (for those who don't know, the Berserkers are a team in the Simulation Major Junior Hockey League. The SHL was the first sim league that I joined, and it's a really great place, so if you're reading this and are thinking of creating, I say go for it!). Shoutout to @Sebster as well for being a great new friend that I accidentally pocket dialed last week, and also shoutout to @NicholasTheGreat for signing me onto the Bondi Beach Buccaneers as a DFA!
I honestly like that as a DFA I can complete ALL of the regular tasks without having to wait to get drafted. Granted I certainly haven't completed many tasks yet, BUT I have gotten the opportunity to use my affiliate claim on a PT, which is super nice! Also, from what I heard, you can write PTs in different languages which is a really really awesome option! Granted, I'll probably write most of my PTs in English, unless I really feel like I need to practice my French!
So yeah, to summarize what I have said so far, the ISFL has been a great league so far as a first gen rookie, and I am really excited to find out what my permanent DSFL team will be in the upcoming draft! It has been a really great experience so far!

What do you bring to a team, and why should a team choose to take a chance on you next season?So yeah, I am really excited for the fact that the draft is coming up! It's honestly been one of my favorite aspects of being in a sim league, having gone through it before a few times (In the SHL I was drafted in the 3rd round of the Juniors draft and then a season after I was drafted in the 2nd round of the SHL draft, and in the PBE I was drafted in the 2nd round of the Minors draft and then drafted 6th overall somehow in the PBE draft!).
I've definitely been talking to a bunch of scouts so far, and I would say that by all means if you draft the Beeg Beeg Yoshi, well, you'll certainly find the Locker Room posting a lot of yoshi GIFs probably. I can send over some Beeg Yoshi emotes as well for the server if that interests you. But most importantly, I think that I can provide some great vibes for the locker room, and I would say that I am a good natured user looking to make some new friends. I'll also update weekly so that the updaters won't end up getting swarmed by a season's worth of claims in one update!
So basically, draft me so we can have some beeg vibes together!
